To find your product please use our search wizard on the home page. You need to know the Brand, Series and the model number of your laptop. This information can be found on the sticker underneath your laptop.
For security reasons we do not accept phone orders. All online orders are processed with Secure Pay Australia through a secure server.
We are located in Adelaide City, however we do not have a retail outlet. Our South Australian clients can purchase their product directly from our reseller (Adelaide Computer Superstore) however please note prices may vary within store.
For all product returns/warranty please follow the instructions below.
1- Login to your account on our website.
2- Select purchase history.
3- Click on Raise RMA.
4- Select Raise RMA on the relevant product.
