    2 ways to identify your Gateway laptop
    A. Manufacturer Sticker
    Look underneath your laptop, locate the manufacturer sticker
    Brand (Gateway), Series and Model Number is specified on that sticker
    B. Identify your laptop in Windows
    Step-1 Click on Start (Windows logo at the bottom left corner of your screen)
    Step-2 Type "system information"
    Step-3 Click on System Information, a small windows will open up showing brand and model of your laptop
