We have partnered with Australia Post to provide quick and cost-effective delivery across Australia. Once an order is placed, our system automatically selects the best shipping option based on your delivery address.
Orders placed before 2:30 PM (AEST / AEDT in summer) on business days will be shipped via Express Next Business Day service and are expected to arrive the next working day in all major cities in Australia*. Due to the number of distribution points required to reach regional towns and Tasmania, delivery to those areas may take an extra day or two. Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day via Express Next Business Day service.
Delivery Costs
At Laptop Plus, we believe fast delivery shouldn't cost a fortune. That's why we subsidise our shipping costs on your behalf — you only pay $9.90 for express delivery on one item under 1kg, while the standard industry rate for the same service is $15–$19.
Delivery costs are calculated using the following rates:

For orders of 15 items or more, please contact us — we may be able to offer free shipping depending on the products and delivery address.
Battery Shipments
Due to international safety restrictions, batteries can only be transported via road or sea. As a result, road service is used to ship all batteries. Further information is displayed when you add a battery to your cart. Please keep in mind that battery deliveries may take 1–3 business days* depending on your location.

Signature Required
Orders are shipped via Express Overnight Service* with signature required. If no one is available to sign for it upon arrival, a card will be left at the premises and the parcel can be collected from your nearest Australia Post outlet.
Please Note:
- We are only responsible for your order while it is in our possession. Our responsibility ends once the parcel has been successfully delivered. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel is taken or damaged after delivery.
- If redelivery is required, a redelivery fee of $12.95 applies.
- Due to restrictions on flying Li-Ion and Li-Polymer batteries, battery orders may take an additional 1–2 days to arrive.
